SPECIFIC GUIDELINES FOR ‘MOST PEOPLE PARTICIPATING IN A CIRCUIT TRAINING CLASS’
At least 3 different strength exercise sessions must be included the training, each with at least one instructor;
Participants must be split into the same number of groups as there are training sessions;
At a given signal, all groups must start simultaneously;
At a given signal, all participants must move the next training session as a group and rotate to a different exercise. The must be a break of no more than 3 minutes between the training session. These breaks are NOT included in the total time of the attempt;
The entire training station must last at least 30 minutes, with changeovers between stations happening at regular intervals. Thus if there are 3 stations involved, training at each station must last at least 10 minutes. If there are 6 stations involved, there must be a change over every 5 minutes;
